Running in the Rain

Dear Cowtown Marathon Runners,

I find your so called sport extremely boring. As I sat in my car, in the rain watching you clog traffic I had a better appreciation for just how messed up you are. In addition to snarling traffic for me and at least hundreds more, you blocked access to about 4 major hospitals in downtown Fort Worth. I'm lucky that I am not ill and merely needed to get to another hospital to help the sick, aged and infirm. I'm wondering what you accomplished for humanity at 8:00 in the morning, in your shorts running around like a rat in a maze on a cold, rainy Texas morning. Just guessing here: Is it for your health? Nah... you could do that inside on your treadmill. Was it for the endorphin high? Maybe. Do you really feel (think) that your high is more important than what others may need to use the streets for? Do you feel the need to repay ALL that may have been slightly incoveinced by your self-serving actions? Nah. Didnt think so. Your actions are sanctioned by the powers that be. I'm sure my company had its big orange logo out there for all to see in the name of wellness. Like I said, your sport is very boring to watch so next time can you just please run into the Trinity River? Thanks
